Yes. I am not please at all with my visit. The provider I had Elizabeth Lewis and I was not pleased at all. She rushed the appointment and dismissed me the whole time. She was in there for 5 minutes and I drove 2 hours to be seen. This is a research hospital that's suppose to give excellent care but you guys have not given me that the last 2 times I have been. I am very disappointed and I feel like your providers need to do better.

Yes you should not feel rushed during your appointment or feel as if your concerns are not being taken seriously there was no compassion nor understanding from provider really gave the sense I was aggravating her or getting on her nerves with my concern about the health issues I have experienced

I felt rushed and not heard in the recent appointment with the nurse practitioner. This was quite disappointing. I was so taken aback that I forgot two well rehearsed questions. In contrast my appointment at Kirkland clinic with the Dermatologist and resident was the opposite. Perhaps my best option now is the portal with the resident?

I had a very good experience. The same day after my appointment I spoke to a friend who is is having the same issues and I recommended (gave her contact information for) UAB Dermatology Clinic to her. My friend stated she will be calling the Clinic to get an appointment!

Terrible experience, was a wasted visit. Offered no assistance for solution, and the parking situation treacherous. Check in nurse was super friendly, the NP dry and no empathy, just like going to a car wash drive through.

Elizabeth is wonderful... great listener and super practical. I was in and out in 20 minutes... Ladonna is also amazing... love her!

Personally, we felt rushed. That then set the tone for the rest of the 5 or 10 minutes of the appointment. We did not feel heard. In particularly, we did not appreciate being told that our provider should be updating our med list not Dermatology. Really! I'm pretty sure you need to know what meds are being taken to make sure you're prescribing the right medication. Anyway, we were not impressed.
