Was scheduled for a full body check (previous skin cancers) and the exam felt rushed, about 5 mins total including treatment time for 4 spots with cryotherapy. The note states that provider obtained informed consent but did not. No information given except that there would be a little sting. Did not assess my ears or back of neck or forearms. I have to take time away from work for these appointments and I just want a thorough exam even if that means 10-15 mins of provider time. Thank you

Too rushed and kept trying to leave while I was asking questions
Didn’t ask me hardly anything or seemed too concerned
Just told about my past history a little bit and then was told to use this and that was all. Seems like I had to pry info out of the dr

Very great experience. We barely sat down in waiting room before we were called back. Nurse (Laura [ ]) and Nurse Practitioner were both great. Excellent experience.

Yes. I am not please at all with my visit. The provider I had Elizabeth Lewis and I was not pleased at all. She rushed the appointment and dismissed me the whole time. She was in there for 5 minutes and I drove 2 hours to be seen. This is a research hospital that's suppose to give excellent care but you guys have not given me that the last 2 times I have been. I am very disappointed and I feel like your providers need to do better.

Yes you should not feel rushed during your appointment or feel as if your concerns are not being taken seriously there was no compassion nor understanding from provider really gave the sense I was aggravating her or getting on her nerves with my concern about the health issues I have experienced

I felt rushed and not heard in the recent appointment with the nurse practitioner. This was quite disappointing. I was so taken aback that I forgot two well rehearsed questions. In contrast my appointment at Kirkland clinic with the Dermatologist and resident was the opposite. Perhaps my best option now is the portal with the resident?

I had a very good experience. The same day after my appointment I spoke to a friend who is is having the same issues and I recommended (gave her contact information for) UAB Dermatology Clinic to her. My friend stated she will be calling the Clinic to get an appointment!

Terrible experience, was a wasted visit. Offered no assistance for solution, and the parking situation treacherous. Check in nurse was super friendly, the NP dry and no empathy, just like going to a car wash drive through.
