Chaviel, the medical assistant, is always so knowledgeable, kind and polite. Receptionist Ohey is always prompt and kind. Dr. Hidlebaugh is always thinking outside the box, trying to figure out complicated problems I have, not just putting them off or ignoring me. She spends plenty of time with me. Never rushes me out the door

Yes. Dr. Hidlebaugh is a breath of fresh air. She is available when I need her, spends the necessary time and is even proactive when that is called for. I have never experienced care this complete in my 70 years.

Dr Hidlebaugh was always available or got back to me in timely manner. She explains complicated disnostics in a an understandable way and uses aids such as visual presentarions to explain situations. I always feel she is taking the time to assure i understand my medical health. She is compassionate and understanding. Ger knowledge base is excellent but does not hesitaye to bring in specialists when the zituation warrents.
