The admit clerk was especially helpful and was able to change an appointment to a more convenient and closer facility. I greatly appreciated that. All the providers were helpful, professional, and so knowledgeable about my medical issues. Great office.

It turned out the app't, set right after procedures done in early May, had been OBE. However, Liz Hassler, after giving me the option of just leaving, took the time to answer Qs I have about my upcoming open-heart surgery. She was helpful, patient, extremely empathetic. I left feeling reassured about this very scary upcoming surgery. 5 stars.

Elizabeth Hassler did very good listening to me. The only problem I have is that she said I should have an echocardiogram. They didn't schedule it until September, so I had to call back and get it scheduled earlier.

A girl that was studying for her p.a. came in first to do what dr.hassler would normally do. Her name was bev. She was great. Then dr.hassler came in with her and they went over everything I needed to know. They knew my whole history. I came away feeling like we covered everything I needed. They felt like friends to me. Great appointment.
