I did not like being the victim of a dropped call by the receptionist when I phoned earlier in the day of my appointment to request directions. I was very pleased with the care provider Ms. Hassler and will be requesting to schedule with her for my next appointment.

From check-in to leaving, it was a great appt! I loved the nurse who checked me in. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she was an older lady and very personable and we laughed like old friends. (she said she had a tumor 15 years ago when we were talking about cancer) and she was so relatable. AND, I love Elizabeth! She came across as very caring and had time for questions and made me feel at ease. I like to see her better than the Drs.!

My experience with this office has always been very good. I very much admire and appreciate Dr. Ebner as the one that is my cardiologist. The young lady I met with the other day was very professional and helpful. She doesn't have much of an idea of my history, but I haven't been in there for a year either. So I think that the office, by and large, is very efficient and very professional. Thank you.
