Elizabeth Hassler is outstanding, very, very good, knows her business and she's a great communicator. However, the policies of the office, I think, are unacceptable when you punish elder patients, patients with that, with conditions, and you cancel their appointment at 10 minutes when you stand in line for seven to eight minutes to get to the front desk and when you get to the front desk, they say, oh, you're late. Well, I accept my responsibility, whatever my responsibility was for that, but I just don't think it's appropriate to punish your patients. Thank you. That's all.

I thought Dr. Elizabeth Hassler was really good at explaining my condition to me. I also felt that she was very friendly and very knowledgeable about my circumstances, and she made me feel at ease.

The provider was running on schedule so I was seen at my appt time and wasn’t kept waiting. She listened to my concerns, explained my diagnosis and prognosis as well as potential future care plans. Overall, a professional, informative and worthwhile visit.
