The entire system worked well. When we arrived, we were advised there would be a long wait and they would be happy to put me on the list and call me when it was my turn. It was much nicer to return home and wait an hour than to remain in the waiting room. The RN was helpful, reviewed my records and began some tests. Dr Cox then came in and examined me, explained why certain tests were done and asked if I wanted to wait for the results. Dr. Cox came in a while later and gave me the results. She listened to all my questions, explained the proposed treatment and clearly cared about me and my condition. Perhaps it should not be surprising, but I am extremely pleased to say, Dr Cox treated me like a long term patient would hope to be treated. This turned a �transaction� into an experience that was very satisfying. It felt like the doctor-patient relationship of years ago, except that the access to modern treatments and medicines was better! I am thankful I chose NCH immediate care.

Really liked and appreciated that you could leave your phone number and they would call and let you know when they could see you. Cut down to waiting in waiting room exposed to other sick. people
