Felt very confident with diagnosis and recommendation which was to go to the ER.
That was the best advice as I did have a serious condition and was admitted to the hospital and thankfully treated and will be discharged today! Dr.Cox is the best!

I use NPG Vanderbilt Urgent Care when I need to see a physician right away. I have never been disappointed when I use the walk in clinic.

Actually I used the register before you come, we’ve been there before, and I was quickly seen. Took a short bit of time as I got an [ ]. The doctor reviewed and while I was still there the Radiologist confirmed nothing bad. What the urgent care doctor observed was telling me. Also got a call later that day from staff letting me know as well. Worked faster than expected. No issues with staff or procedures. Will return if ever needed.

Every time I’ve used NCH immediate care, I’ve been completely satisfied with the results. In my most recent visit, Dr. Cox was amiable, professional, efficient, and most importantly, kind and empathetic. She diagnose my problem immediately and provided several solutions to help me on the spot. She definitely deserves high praise for her diagnostic and caring manner the staff at NCH, immediate care, as always, was terrific. I feel fortunate to have this facility close to where I live and able to help me in a non-emergency but immediate situation.

Dr. Elizabeth Cox is a empathetic, caring, kind, and most of all an excellent diagnostician. After seeing her recently, she was on the ball in diagnosis and immediately brought forth ways to make me feel more comfortable and to help solve my medical problem.
