Felt very confident with diagnosis and recommendation which was to go to the ER.
That was the best advice as I did have a serious condition and was admitted to the hospital and thankfully treated and will be discharged today! Dr.Cox is the best!

The entire medical team and Dr Cox were extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helpful for my every need. Yes there was. She commended a Specialist for my condition. I did that and was the very best for me So happy to have Urgent Care. When you are [ ] to have Urgent Care who knows you are [ ] on the wk-end. So fortune to be able to go to Hrgent Care

The service was efficient and thorough. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. The nurse was helpful and friendly. Dr. Cox’s provided information thoughtfully and thoroughly. She answered all of my questions and made recommendations if I should need to follow-up. I felt confident when I left the appointment that I had received good and proper care.

I walked in on Friday and was told there would be an hour wait. Everyone was professional and courteous. Also, they were able to get me in sooner. I highly recommend this facility.

If I did not have a primary care physician at this time, I would pursue a relationship with Dr. Cox. She was very genuine, knowledgeable, and interested in my well-being. Your front desk receptionist was extremely helpful in making me comfortable at a time. I was not feeling well.

My last visit to see Dr. Cox was excellent… She took time and answered all my questions thoroughly, was pleasant and did not rush my visit, even though it was after 6 PM. I was very happy with my visit.

I use NPG Vanderbilt Urgent Care when I need to see a physician right away. I have never been disappointed when I use the walk in clinic.

Actually I used the register before you come, we’ve been there before, and I was quickly seen. Took a short bit of time as I got an [ ]. The doctor reviewed and while I was still there the Radiologist confirmed nothing bad. What the urgent care doctor observed was telling me. Also got a call later that day from staff letting me know as well. Worked faster than expected. No issues with staff or procedures. Will return if ever needed.
