Dr Cox is very knowledgeable, professional and has a great ability to put her patient at ease. I was worried about going to someone other than my physician and was quickly put at ease. I would be happy to know if Dr. Cox opens her own practice in Naples.

JESS, DR COX’ NURSE WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. ALTHOUGH I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED SUPERIOR CARE AT [ ], I WAS VERY BLESSED TO HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO DR COX. SHE IS SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . IT FEELS LIKE TALKING TO A FRIEND AND NOT AN UNKNOWN PHYSICIAN. SHE GAVE ME EXCELLENT ADVICE, LISTENED TO ME AND WROTE PRESCRIPTIONS I NEEDED. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO HAVE HER AS MY PHYSICIAN IF SHE OPENS A PRACTICE. I REALLY APPRECIATE HAVING VANDERBILT AS MY WALK IN CLINIC.

Dr. Cox and her staff were everything I would hope for in caregivers for a person who came for immediate care and was unknown to them. The intake receptionist was polite and efficient; she set a calm atmosphere and listened to my reasons for the visit. She easily accessed my NCH records; this facilitated the visit without a doubt. Dr. Cox was the consummate professional. She reviewed my chart/history/meds, took important info from me regarding this visit and examined me thoroughly. She involved me in discussion of med options/course of treatment with a plan going forward that I can follow up with my PCP from the Bonita NCH family practice on Bonita Beach Road.
