Most definitely recommend to any patient in need, will always go back to this facility if I have another emergency. They got me in and out and followed up with a phone call. Super professional in that office from the front desk to the physicians in the back.

Dr Cox was kind, caring, empathetic, and determined to find cause of ailment…took pic of area to so w/end doctor could see the area plus she cultured some of the pustules to be sure treatment was appropriate. She really cared and wanted to find cause and cure!

I usually build up a lot of [ ] when I have to check a medical problem. At the Vanderbilt Emergency Center there is no stress, it is calm, efficient and everyone smiles. Dr. Cox is exceptionally reassuring and relaxing in her contact with the patient: you feel right away you are in good hands with her. Also, it is obvious that she takes her job seriously. She is attentive and patient: focused on you and not on herself like so many other "important" doctors or nurse practitioners in Naples.

Everyone was professional and courteous. Dr. Cox was concerned and provided her opinion, but took an [ ] to secure additional information. The results were noted in MyChart the same day. Later that evening, a nurse called me at home to ensure I received the information. I felt like the entire staff was engaged and concerned with my well-being. Thank you.

The Staff are professional as well as compassionate and understanding. As a walk in patient I am ways treated with the utmost concern and taken care of efficiently. Which is utmost because my visit is when I am really sick and need attention.

I arrived in [ ]. Either a [ ]. [ ]. Doctor Elizabeth Cox is the absolute best of the best. All of the staff are absolutely excellent. This facility is a five star medical care facility. We are vacationing here from [ ]. I’m extremely impressed. Our Urgent Care facilities in [ ] can’t hold a candle to the care I received from Dr. Cox. Her and her and staff are absolutely GREAT.

I arrived at NCH in extreme serious medical condition of a spider bite or boil or an abscess, I don’t know. Fever 101.3. Vacationing here from mid Missouri. Dr.Elizabeth Cox is an extremely top-notch physician. I knew within a short amount of time I was in extremely good hands. I knew she would be able to help me. I just felt so at peace with her. The care she provided me was phenomenal. This is definitely someone you want to remember to try to see as medical situations sometimes arise for all of us.

First I had seen Dr. Cox previously and told the desk I would like to see her and I did. She is such a friendly person and the first time I saw her with more difficult [ ]. She put me at ease and I will always ask for her survices.

Every time I have been to this Urgent Care I have been totally satisfied. Easy to get an appointment online to get your time slot you don’t have to sit and wait in the waiting room. The office notifies you when there is only one person ahead of you and then you can go for the appointment . Excellent all around. Thank you Liv

Office staff, nurse, and doctor were all professional, polite, friendly, and caring. Doctor gave detailed information and options.
