Dr. Cox was professional, kind, and very helpful. I could tell that the office was a very busy place and yet she spent time with me, reviewing my chart and asking questions. I expected a wait to see the doctor as I was a walk in. I did wait 2 hours to be seen (which I expected) but in that time I was able to observe the professionalism and kindness of the office staff. I am a visiting [ ] from [ ] and I am grateful that my husband and I decided to make my appointment with Immediate Care-Vanderbilt. The X-ray tech was wonderful as was Pam, my nurse. Even the lovely ladies who sit at the front desk were very kind to me and to every person who walked through the door. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
