Everyone from check-in to reviewing information with nurses and treatment by Dr. Ansert is very professional. I feel welcomed and cared for each time that I have an appointment.

Yes she was able to look and pull a piece of glass out of my foot that the er a week before didnt see and or really look at . Thankfully she was concerned enough to be thoughtful to investigate why my foot was still bleeding for a week

Very nice staff. She just cuts my toe nails. The Dr does a great job.

The visit was good. I don’t know what could be improved other than all the questions asked when you arrive. Too many questions. I am elderly and it is hard for me to read all of the questions.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Ansert to my family and friends. She was cautious not to hurt me as she worked on my feet. She took her time to explain the problem Iwas having and did a great job. She was very friendly and respectful. Always looking forward for my next visit. Thank you Dr. Ansert.

EVERYTHING was outstanding! The Doctor, the P.A., the office staff were ALL outstanding. They actually asked me questions that I didn't even realize I WANTED answers to but forgot to ask. The whole experience was outstanding, just as all my experiences at Thibodaux regional have been. Dr. Ansert was extremely pleasant despite dealing with pregnancy on the job!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
The only thing would be the sign-in when arriving at the clinic. They could have asked simply, "Has any of your information change since your last visit?". It would have saved the time it took to read all the questions that they ask EVERY time I go in. But that's just a minor annoyance.

Each person on Dr Ansert's staff has made me feel valued as a patient. Every visit I have been shown sincere kindness and patience . Dr. Ansert and staff are, without a doubt, a people of excellence in character and work ethic!

Dr Ansert is absolutely phenomenal. She takes such wonderful care of my grandmother and does everything she can to treat my grandma, find solutions and options that we may not have considered, and gives fantastic recommendations. Thib. Regional is lucky to have her. As a caregiver to my grandma, she has made my life as a caregiver so much easier. I trust her so very much and she does everything with kindness, care, and a great sense of humor. I can’t speak highly enough about her and her super caring staff. I have recommended her to so many. God bless dr. Ansert!

Dr. Ansert was very concerned about getting that ingrown toenail out. She also gave much attention to my right foot that was reconstructed a few years ago. Dr. Ansert is a great doctor. She cares about her patients. Thanks Dr. Ansert.
