I love everyone in the office. Elizabeth took a lot of time with me and seems as concerned as I am. Never rushed.
She is very thorough ! So was Dr. [ ] when I saw her.

Dr Bolen is awesome. She is very through and makes you feel comfortable. She does not rush you and tries to make sure that she understands exactly what is going on with you.

I am totally blind, and there are some accessibility issues with the pre-visit forms. I am an extremely confident technology user and I am unable to complete them independently. I'm more than willing to work with the IT department to fix these issues, but this is why I'm not completely satisfied.

Everything about the visit was great, from the person at who took my payment at the front to the kind and funny person who took my vitals..Finally even then the compassionate and understanding not sure if she was Nurse or Dr. But she really made me feel like I mattered, nor did she rush through the visit.. She talked to me ..I am always surprised whenever I have a person in the medical field who is willing to take time and do this with their patients.. I just love this.

Dr Bolen and her staff is amazing. She is really great and take pride in her work. She is also very thorough and make sure that she is listening to your concerns.

Excellent patient care with very competent medical personnel from Doctor, CRNP, nurses, techs and administrative staff. I have consistently received outstanding care including diagnosis, diagnostic process I believe I am getting the best resources as I look forward to full recovery. From doctor to staff the staff in Neurology show strong interpersonal skills and are approachable and knowledgeable and maintain a high level of positive communication and and patient care. Extraordinary people having a strong vision of their purpose and highly trained in all aspects of patient care.
I have been treated by UAB Medicine - Nuerology specialist for over a year and patient care is consistently have exceeded my expectations. Also very efficient use of time. I never feel rush and any concerns I have had regarding my recovery is answered completely and easily understandable to a lay person, such as myself, without being patronizing nor seemingly in any way in a condescending manner. I have been able to asked questions and seek advice concerning my current health and progress towards my full recovery or the best outcome possible. I remain very impressed by the highest professional care and encouragement. Five Star care across all aspects of my treatment.

Everyone I encountered (reception, nurse, provider) was friendly, welcoming and helpful. They did not make you feel like they were in a hurry and took time to answer all questions and engage in conversation. This was my first time at UAB Highlands, and I was very pleased with my experience.
