She was very thorough during my eye exam. She gave ne a prescription for my glasses. Then she took me to see all the devices that are available. I bought a small one that i want to use for cooking with recipes.

Just a great experience all around. Also answered questions about my eye disease. And warned me about an extra charge.

The entire staff was great and Dr.A breakdowns information about my son vision impairment which was helpful and helped me understand how to help him with his vision health issues.

Amazing service, amazing people, always listen to concerns and thoughts (even if you're not optimologist) and will actually show you why they have reached conclusions or prescriptions.

I do not feel my dad benefited from this appointment. We also were not told that insurance doesn't cover anything from this facility and there are no organizations to help with that other than a place for 20 percent and a place for children only. While we appreciate 20% that's not much on a very limited income. While the doctor was nice she was not very attentive. She seemed very withdrawn, and maybe she doesn't have knowledge about other resources. I'm still waiting to hear back about occupational therapy and the only organization that she knew of that normally helps children only, she was going to send a letter and they would contact us back.
