Very confusing making an appointment through MyChart. My PCP didn't have availability for 5 months so I made an appt at another Virtua location that appeared as an option in the app only to be told that was not considered my PCP and I would need to switch before receiving care at that location again even though everything is Virtua.

Hi, I'm talking behind my husband because he doesn't hear very well. And we are, he is lucky with Dr. Eleana Kriebel. And I tell our friends to go there and to meet. She is very nice and she listens very carefully about us. I don't know what can I say for this. I put the 10 points for her. Thank you.

Im extremely disappointed that my primary for many years is no longer available for patient care. I prefer a seasoned MD to be in charge of my care. I feel quality of care changed once OLOL was bought by virtua!

I asked for a pain reliever. They gave me the same one that I already have. Then I called back and they gave me something called Mobic. But other than that, I was pleased with the results.
