The location is state of the art and very clean and bright. Dr. Melamud is so pleasant and easy to talk to. She takes her time and goes over any questions. Her staff is also very pleasant and professional. It is such a nice environment.

I am in menopause, I mentioned I experience cramping on occasion. She told me to see a Gastro MD. Surprised with that response. Couldn't that be cervical or ovarian symptoms?

Nothing can be improved. The place is excellent. We were greeted so nicely to make sure everything would be okay, needed a wheelchair and anything else. It was a delight. The doctor was excellent. The nurses were, oh, you've got a good group there. Thank you.

The experience was awesome is just that when I was taken into the room for my procedure I had to wait over 20 minutes for my doctor to tend to me.

I loved the fact that my appointment was on time. I was on my lunch break. Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr really does listen to you and I didn't feel rushed.

Dr. Melamud is one of the best gynecologists that I've ever sought care from. She's thoughtful, she is considerate, she listens to the patient's problems and concerns very carefully and provides her assessment and her care in a very thoughtful and caring manner. I have been with this provider for seven years. In fact, I guess my other doctors and the best recommendations from her because I trust her. She's amazing.
