Dr El-Shami was very careful and efficient. Even though the bone marrow biopsy hurts, Dr El-Shami made me as comfortable as possible and completed the procedure as quickly as possible. Highly recommend him.

Dr. El-Shami always allows plenty of time to discuss my condition, answer my questions, and explain things that may not be clear. He is prompt and friendly. He discusses the latest research and treatments for my diagnosis and leaves me feeling confident that I will be well-cared for, when the time comes that I need treatment for my leukemia.
