Like I said staff is great doctor is OK not too thorough type one diabetic didn’t check my heart didn’t check. My feet didn’t really ask anything else had three heart attacks and open-heart surgery triple bypass.

The physician was very knowledgeable and was able to break things down so I could understand them step by step which I very much appreciate it is there a patient and he took his time he explained everything to me so that I understood and didn't have any questions and thank you

Dr El-rifai showed so much care for my diabetes. He has shown he is very aware of the information in my chart. I’m currently 61 years old and I have been treated for diabetes since I was 35 with no real success. I have been treated by Dr El-rifai for a very short time and he has been able to bring my A1C from 8.1 to 7.5 I feel that is great success. I can feel more confident that I’m under the care of a doctor that is able to help me.

He seemed very knowledgeable,patient friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. He ordered specific testing and explained it to me in details the importance of and why I would be having these test..etc..I left the visit feeling hopeful that some of my medical issues could be treated and possibly resolved once we get certain test results and we could proceed to resolve the health issues.

Dr. El Rifai carefully explained the change he made in one medication and his reason for prescribing another medication. He carefully explained the results of my blood tests, and he was sympathetic to the concerns I expressed. It is clear that he is competent, prepared, and concerned for the welfare of his patients.

Dr Mohammad is a doctor who is a very good listener. And he waits for you to finish and then he gives you answers in details. Which makes a patient feel so comfortable with that. I am so happy that he joined Franciscan.
