I wish primary politicians could do more on their own and not have to refer patients to specialists.I truly respect Dr Eisenman and feel she understands and cares about my complex health problems.

I paid for an office visit but she never even took any of my vitals.again. She could have at least listened to my lungs. If sje was too busy then at least give me a call back when i asked. Thank you for asking for feedback. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming, but I wanted to share my experience in detail.I went in complaining of a cough that has plagued me for four weeks. I told the doctor that I have pain on my right-side ribs and suspected a fracture because I have osteoporosis. I also shared that I wake up gasping for air each morning and that I was concerned the cough might be caused by something other than bronchitis—possibly mold or ceramic silica sand particles.I expected the doctor to at least listen to my lungs, but no lung exam was performed; the visit felt like only a conversation. This morning I again had difficulty breathing, so I called the office and asked to speak with the doctor, but I never received a call back. It is now the next day and I received a call from the office saying Dr. Arielle Eisenman will not call and I will need to make another appointment. I have never had any of my doctors refuse to call a patient back. This is very unprofessional. I now have to find another doctor. Given these issues, I felt the visit was a waste of time and money. I hope you can use this feedback to improve clinical follow-up and ensure patients with breathing concerns receive a physical exam or timely return call.Thank you for listening.

I appreciated that Dr. Eisenman was able to see me, after Dr. Dunhill cancelled my scheduled appointment without even notifying me. Dr. Eisenman was very professional and kind in her visit with me and explained everything to my understanding.

I am unable to get tests she requested in a month, some 6 weeks just for consultations. Not her fault but there is a disconnect on holy Cross management and their staff. Suffered the same situation last year. Waited 5 months for an appointment for gastroenterology. Was called a few days before from Holy Cross appointment was canceled,”they were not my doctor”??? It was a referral from their DR.

Feedback would be to do more training with appointment setting team to make sure they say you need to schedule an appointment to have labs done. I assumed it was done during the Dr. appointment. Arielle was able to get them to squeeze me in. So i appreciated that.
