My experience with Ms Hogan is what *all* professionals should be: know patient medical history, speak to patients as an individual, educating them, but with awareness that the patient is also advocating for their health and healthcare. Something I have found lacking in my medical experiences within NYS medical fields.

I have been seeing Eileen for many years now, and knew her before seeing her as a Nurse Practioner for some time before. I will miss her very much. But she has left me in good care with the other providers in the practice.

Eileen has always been professional, informative, non-hesitant if/when clarification was needed on anything. I have always felt her genuine concern for the whole person who 'happens to have' this medical issue. The medical situation is only a part of the person. Treatment, monitoring, and troubleshooting along the way; however, the treatment itself is dependent on all aspects of the patient and their life. Eileen has always demonstrated intelligence, caring, kindness, candor and compassion no matter the scenario of the appointment. Recognizing the realities of "LIFE" are impactful to the treatment and balance sought. Her words of encouragement and the humor shared throughout the years as my provider have provided strength for taking on the daily perpetual demands. She is a gift.

She goes out of her way to help me with the insulin pumps at I have had over the years. I have the use of only one hand and helps me and advises me on ways to install the pump with one hand.l
