Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Eidelman and his staff are extremely caring, knowledgeable and a dedicated staff. Dr. Eidleman takes extra time to do whatever is necessary to diagnose the situation. He then expertly advises the steps to take to help the situation. It has been a pleasure to be his patient. I feel assured that I am getting the best care I possibly can.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Eidelman cares about his patients well being/health and has great bedside manner. When I was hospitalized, Dr. Eidelman and another physician did not stop working until they found out what was causing my illness. I will continue as a patient of his until he retire.

Dr Eidelman was exceptionally prepared and ready for my physical. Any questions asked were answered and explained.

Dr. Eidelman is very respectful and listens very well and explains different options. He asks questions and we ask questions all is answered. Leaving we feel it was a very good visit. We are grateful for all his concerns in helping us with our health. Thank you so much.

Dr Eidelman is always concerned and proactive. His nurse really took a lot of time helping me.

Dr Eidelman is a wonderful doctor. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and It’s apparent he cares about my health. He took the time to help explain my test results and helped me understand my condition As a result, I felt reassured and positive about my health and treatment.

Dr. Eidelman has been tremendous as a primary care physician. His availability and responsiveness is outstanding. He also allows me to be very engaged in medical decision making (which is important to me as a physician). I appreciate his proactive approach to care. He always makes me feel heard, never rushed, and is extremely personable. Can't say enough great things about his care. He lives our BJC

Dr Eidelman is thorough and a very good listener and advocate for getting services, tests, specialists if needed. Everyone from checking in to leaving lab work area was lovely.

Maria was fantastic during my visit. I’ve never before had someone CALL me about my test results. When she called I did have some questions and she answered them perfectly.

Dr Eidelman and his nurse were both excellent. He is very caring and thorough. Spends plenty of time listening as well. He called and gave me test results within a few hours of the test. Great doctor.

Dr. Eidelman truly seems interested in my health. I feel that he has good instincts in evaluating my health. I feel fortunate that my health seems to be good and that I do not seem to require any specific interventions. He has always been accommodating in the past when I requested specific diagnostic or treatment interventions.

I feel very fortunate to have Doctor Eidelman as my primary care physician. I believe he really cares about his patients. Also, the lady that took my blood-pressure was very kind and courteous.

There was absolutely ZERO wait time in the waiting room for either my appointment or the lab. Dr Eidelman was promptly in my exam room after the initial check in. overall it was a good visit
