Dr. Su is not just an exceptional surgeon but is also an exceptional person as is his entire staff.

I have had an excellent experience from A to Z starting with Dr . The OR staff from initial greeting to recovery were incredible. Nurse Angelique, Nurse Mary [last name], the PT staff all were courteous and exceptional. Dr. Su and his team absolute professionals. Please stay the course with the excellent care and courtesy given to patients. You were all at your best when we are at our worst. I thank all of your health care professionals for that!

Dr. Su is truly the best, and every member of his team that I interacted with was outstanding. I especially want to recognize Jesse [ ] , PA, who is an incredibly thoughtful and supportive caregiver. He takes the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and makes me feel heard and understood.
A special shoutout as well to Christina, who was so helpful and efficient in getting my surgery scheduled. Her kindness and organization made the process seamless.
While no one looks forward to a hip replacement, this entire team makes the experience far less stressful. I feel completely confident that I am in excellent hands.

This is my second hip replacement I have yet to have used in opioid. and I did so well that I did not need PT. three weeks after surgery I was back to work amazing.

This was my second hip replacement. My first surgeon was Dr. [ ] , he was very good my surgeon this time was Dr. Su. He was excellent. I can't believe how recovery is going so well I believe he is probably the best sergeant In HSS for hip replacement outstanding

I am the happiest I could be having Dr. Edwin Su to do my hip resurfacing surgery, it was Dr. Su doing this surgery or having a hip replacement with him but not what I wanted, I know I chose the right surgeon, his reputation for this special surgery is top notch and being at HSS in a win win, I felel like I received the best of everything, the more I read about the hip resurfacing surgery and Dr. Su keeping me on crutches for 6 weeks is very smart let the implant heal without over stressing the bone, I hear about fractures and revisions when people use 1 crutch for 2 weeks, all surgoens have different protocols, I would rather be safe than sorry.

Dr.Su is a highly respected and sought after physician. In just 1 visit, it was readily evident as to why.. He is a very thoughtful, responsive and caring Dr. and I will recommend him whenever possible. The visit was delightful.

Dr. Su's office is not always responsive. I did not get a response when I first contacted to schedule a first-time visit so I had to ask someone to connect me. There were also times when I emailed re rescheduling my surgery or what the details for the surgery day were, and did not get a reply.
