My visit with Kelly Edwards NPC was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent patient care. I would highly recommend her to friends and family !

Kelly Edwards should be recognized for her excellence as a care provider. She is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She is a gifted communicator and took the time to put me at ease.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I repeat that I am delighted with my visit with Kelly Edwards. I left feeling stronger and hopeful.

The fact that she really took the time out to listen to what I have to say and she was so concerned that she want to make sure I was right before I left there and that felt so good because you don’t find a lot of doctors or shall I say nurses like that so kudos to Dr. KELLY
What could have been done to improve your experience?
You couldn’t have done anything to improve anything you can have Dr. KELLY teach the rest of them to be just like her and justice concern. I’m not saying that they’re not but overall I love that visit. I’ve never had no one to treat me like that.

Kelly Edwards was outstanding very personable she is truly what crest stands for and her staff was amazing. This is like my third visit and I’m always impressed with Kelly and she just has a great bedside manner and so does her staff that work in her office no one disrespectful everybody very respectful and pleasant

. As always Kelly Edward's is great at what she does. I ask many questions and Kelly always has an answer and explanation for me. I never feel rushed- Kelly takes her time. She truly cares about her patients.

The kindness and professionalism I experienced at every step — from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner’s assistant to the nurse practitioner — made this visit truly extraordinary.

I've worked with Kelly for many years, and although I only see her annually, I look forward to working with her because of her attention to detail. She feels very attuned to my needs. She's amazing! The front office staff are also lovely each time!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
NP Edwards was kind and personable. My only concern was that she did not warn and walk me through as she began the pelvic exam. It was difficult for me to relax and feel prepared as I have had to go to pelvic floor physical therapy in the past without enough verbal cues.

Kelly was very understanding and sensitive while explaining unexpected results. She took time to double check what would be the best medical plan for me. I am grateful for Kelly’s approach during this difficult visit.

I have lived and seen doctors in six different states across 52 years of life. Kelly Edwards was the best and most educational medical professional I’ve ever experienced in my life.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can’t believe that I’m saying this because I’m a bit of a critic….but absolutely nothing. A breath of much needed fresh air in this complex and disjointed medical system.

Well, Dr. Edwards is a fantastic provider. I appreciate being able to get in and out of the office in a timely fashion, without feeling like I am being rushed. I was asked several times if I had additional questions.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Sometimes Dr. Edwards does explain things in to simplistic of a manner. I sometimes feel as if I am being addressed like I am semi-illiterate and I certainly am not.

Dr. Kelley is always extraordinary. The front office staff from intake to the nurse practitioner are all excellent and have been for the last 17 years.

Kelly Edwards was extremely caring, kind, and knowledgeable! Kelly was also personable and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions about my health, and explained what to do in order to maximize my health moving forward!

Nurse and NP Kelly Edwards were both fantastic, very considerate and great at listening. There was a wait while Kelly was addressing another patient’s concerns, and staff checked in with me several times to make sure I was okay and understood the delay.
