I am grateful for Kelly checking on my medical history and asking and checking to make sure I am going to the doctor for my current condition.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My provider Kelly Edward's, NP is AMAZING!!! She always makes me feel heard and seen. I leave my appointment feeling like she truly cares and is invested in making sure I not only receive quality Healthcare, but that my office experience is spectacular.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all. My visit was great! I am always looking forward to my next annual visit.

NP Kelly and MA staff are exceptional at what they do. They are very nice, knowledgeable, and make you feel extremely comfortable receiving care from them. Their bedside manners are very good!

This was the first time I’ve met Kelly. She is very nice, super thorough, explains everything, and asks if I have any questions. I’m actually a little sad I don’t need her more often!! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a gynecologist!

The medical staff is very encouraging and provides excellent care during each of the visits. I had a pleasure meeting Kelly D Edwards for the first time During this visit and she was amazing. She spent enough time listening to my concerns, was very calm and very supportive and provided an excellent care.

Dr. Kelly, she was really concerned about the pain I was having even though she didn't think I needed to see an Obgyn doctor. She still examine me, gave me feed back on her thoughts and what to use for pain.

Kelly Edwards should be recognized for her excellence as a care provider. She is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She is a gifted communicator and took the time to put me at ease.

I repeat that I am delighted with my visit with Kelly Edwards. I left feeling stronger and hopeful.

The fact that she really took the time out to listen to what I have to say and she was so concerned that she want to make sure I was right before I left there and that felt so good because you don’t find a lot of doctors or shall I say nurses like that so kudos to Dr. KELLY
What could have been done to improve your experience?
You couldn’t have done anything to improve anything you can have Dr. KELLY teach the rest of them to be just like her and justice concern. I’m not saying that they’re not but overall I love that visit. I’ve never had no one to treat me like that.

Kelly Edwards was outstanding very personable she is truly what crest stands for and her staff was amazing. This is like my third visit and I’m always impressed with Kelly and she just has a great bedside manner and so does her staff that work in her office no one disrespectful everybody very respectful and pleasant

. As always Kelly Edward's is great at what she does. I ask many questions and Kelly always has an answer and explanation for me. I never feel rushed- Kelly takes her time. She truly cares about her patients.

I've worked with Kelly for many years, and although I only see her annually, I look forward to working with her because of her attention to detail. She feels very attuned to my needs. She's amazing! The front office staff are also lovely each time!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
NP Edwards was kind and personable. My only concern was that she did not warn and walk me through as she began the pelvic exam. It was difficult for me to relax and feel prepared as I have had to go to pelvic floor physical therapy in the past without enough verbal cues.

Kelly was very understanding and sensitive while explaining unexpected results. She took time to double check what would be the best medical plan for me. I am grateful for Kelly’s approach during this difficult visit.
