My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Shmukler and we have been totally satisfied with the care and advice. We have been provided by him. We are also totally satisfied with all the staff we’ve had contact with from nursing down to reception.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Shmukler. He has always provided us with excellent cardiac care and advise. The nursing staff and all of the support staff at NCH are total professionals or polite, courteous, and very efficient in their work. We are very satisfied with NCH as a whole as we have been patients of other doctors in the system.

On the day of my visit, I had overlooked my scheduled appointment time of 1:00 pm and I arrived at an earlier hour of 9:00 am. The receptionist did make me aware that I was early. She proceeded to check to see if I could be attended to at this earlier time and went ahead and let me know that I would be seen. The wait period was no longer than 15 minutes before I was called for my visit. I honestly say this was outstanding service provided to me from this office

Dr. Shmuckler always explained things carefully respected my opinion respectfully talked about anyone that I used as a source of a second opinion, and of course, still expressed his concern that even with all the [ ], if there was a question about a [ ], that could happen to cause a [ ] he said it may never happen And maybe what you go through to have the test the invasive look at the artery might might be a problem he said, but if there’s no other way to do it an assurance that it’s open then it would be an appropriate thing to do even without [ ] so he has an opinion. The standard of care for [ ] area is different and I’m going to get more [ ] before I make a final decision. He’ll continue to work with me. I’m sure no matter which decision I make that’s why I love him so much as a cardiologist for me!

Dr.Shmukler is attentive, kind and quite courteous. He listens to my opinion about my care. At end of appointment he let me know when he wanted to see me again for my care.

Naples Cardiologist Edward Shmukler, MD is a fantastic doctor! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. Doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain my condition in a way that made sense. I felt completely comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed. Doctor Shmukler listened to my concerns & promptly ordered testing which revealed a 90% blocked LAD artery. I was stented quickly & and am on the road to complete recovery.

Dr. Edward Shmukler is very professional, kind and caring. My appointment was late in the day and Dr. Shmukler took his time with me & my wife explaining my current cardiac evaluation and his referral for continuing care which he expiated so that it could happen in just three days from this appointment. He is going to review the Nuclear Stress Test and Echo cardio gram early next week and from that review make my continuing care recommendations. I go forward trusting Dr. Shmukler, his medical advice & counsel. George Kane
