Dr.Lane is professional and personable, easy to talk too. Addresses all of my concerns and thoroughly explains things to me. Answers all questions and doesn’t rush me. He is present.

No time is wasted on euphemisms: I am a detailed, technically/medically/ physiologically/pharmaceutically reporter. Dr. Lane is a good listener, asks questions if he needs to and assesses with speed. We waste no time.
