It was my first meeting with the provider and it went very well. Initially I was concerned because I was leaving my prior Physician after 45 years due to my relocation, however, after meeting Dr. Tapliga I feel very comfortable with my choice.

Dr. Tapliga is a kind, considerate and compassionate physician. I was introduced to Dr. Tapliga over five years ago and I am extremely satisfied with him and the entire staff. Thanks to Dr. Tapliga my blood pressure and cholesterol are now under control.❤️🙏🎈

This was my annual medicare appointment. The nurse on taking my information Alice, is always professional, and explains everything in detail. Appointment was very routine and not much to discuss with the Doctor.

I waited almost an hour in the waiting room and another 10 minutes in the room. No one apologized for the wait. They just said they're very busy. Also, the additional paperwork for a listing of the specialist should be given before the appointment either mailed to us or on the portal.

Check-in and check-out is very quick and easy. The medical assistant for the doctor was friendly, courteous, and went over everything that I needed to do for a pre-check-in before the doctor saw me.

I cannot call my providers office directly. It goes through a off shore call center that is a real pain. It takes too much time for them to answer and even more time to connect to my local doctors office. I am seriously considering finding another provider.

4 out of last 5 visits waited 30 to 45 minutes to be called in. Unreal and this is for a 1030 or 1045 appointment to me this is unacceptable

Dr. Tapliga is absolutely fantastic and thorough!! He takes his time to listen and understand in depth! He's the best doctor I've had in any field in a very long time. Very impressed each time I see him. Unfortunately, he is among the few left that still provide genuine healthcare instead of rushing you out the door for a payment. Personal and professional!! Grateful to have found him!!
