I have told my family and friends this was the most thorough appt I’ve had in years. Dr Edmunds asked about everything regarding my health. Dr Edmunds didn’t rush me and made sure all my questions were answered I feel very good about my future with Dr Edmunds and this Health facility.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Edmunds set up a revisit while I was in the office, telling me if all was well, I could cancel. I also very much appreciated that her office called to make sure the medication was working and then prescribed a stronger medication.

Dr. Edmunds did apologize sincerly for making me wait. It seems like most doctors are usually late for appointments, so I do understand. However, I wonder if this is an issue more at this particular location because of the Urgent Care on the other side of this office? Do the doctors and staff need to filter in the urgent care walk-ins here? I've heard this mentioned by others who go here, but I'm not sure it's true. Either way, I will probably find a new PCP anyway due to previous issues here.

She was very impressive and even though I was a walk-in she was very thorough and efficient. She has a great demeanor and reminded me a lot of how you approach your practice. Her after summary notes were very detailed including the notes from our conversation.
