I felt disrespected because my time was disrespected having to wait 45min for my first appointment ever. This was a primary care appointment. It should not feel like an urgent care appointment where you're sitting around waiting forever. The expectation should be higher, and I expected better.

I deeply appreciate the focus on patient consent; for every lab, test, or procedure, the Doctor repeatedly asked if I was okay with her course of treatment. I really noticed a change from healthcare of my past, where I was "told" what was going to happen, and barely anything was explained around risks, potential costs, and side-effects. Thank You so much!
