I have been coming here for about about 2 years every three months. My experience is always great from the check in until I check out. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I have never had any complaints with my visits here.

Everyone at UAB makes me feel heard and doesn't treat me like I'm "crazy". They make me feel like they genuinely care and want to help me.

No follow up and no calls to schedule needed tests. I feel left out and just a number that gets lost in the UAB machine. And on top of that, the parking deck is horrendous and when you walk in on the second floor, there’s no signs it to you where to go or what floor each department is on.

Dr. Hapner and Dr. [ ] care that I can talk as clearly as possible. They consistently reevaluate my speaking ability, then they adjust the medication accordingly. They give me advice and make me feel better. Their staff is also friendly and caring,

I got to the Clinic an hour early and I sat in the waiting and while I sat there I heard wonderful and sweet voices and greetings to everyone that was signing in and when the nurses came to get a patient they had the same voices that I had heard from the ones behind the desk. It was so pleasant to hear and see how they all treated their patients. I have never witnessed an office that was so very attentive to all of us. They are all the best!!!
