Dr. Payabyab made a huge difference in my experience. From the first visit through surgery and follow-up, she was kind, patient, and incredibly clear when explaining every step. Her calm, warm approach gave me confidence and peace, and her skill as a surgeon is obvious. I'm truly grateful for her and would highly recommend her.

The facility needs better signage and directions. I was initially looking for Suite H (based on instructions for the appointment), but the building was structured into 3 areas. After asking several people for directions, I eventually had to go to area 1 (radiology) and then to area 3 (cardiac), where I found Suite H. There was no central information desk.
