My nurse practitioner Michelle is absolutely amazing, her approach to creating care that is catered to me as an individual is something that is rare in healthcare in today’s world. I appreciate her compassion and always taking the time to actually hear my concerns and work with me to create a healthier version of myself. She is a top provider and a wonderful educator.

My primary is Michelle Moore. She is so thorough and knowledgeable. I have the best medical team keeping me healthy. Michelle taught me nutrition and how to care for my health.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Michele was amazing! I have been seeing her for years but this was my first time having my yearly physical with her. She was so thorough with all of my medical issues and questions. She went over everything and I left feeling like I understood the reasons for all of my meds for the first time. Michele is a wonderful nurse practitioner! 🤩

Michelle is excellent in all aspects. She spends the time needed to answer questions and inform you of things to follow up on. I really appreciate that she knows me and cares about my health and nutrition needs.

Both Michelle and her nurse are very kind and always make me feel comfortable. Michelle cares about her patients and the best course of treatment to meet their needs.

Michell has been a great help and support in me loosing 50 pounds if mostly fat. I could not have been successful without her help.
