Front desk staff always friendly! They know my two daughters well enough that they remember their names and my older daughter loves that extra attention!

My husband and I were so pleased with the Children's Center. All staff were so warm, friendly, and helpful, from front desk staff to nurses to lab techs to Dr. Eckberg. I really appreciated the Boppy pillow, footstool, and comfy chairs in each room for breastfeeding also. Thank you so much!

Our nurse that roomed us and gave our daughter her shots seemed a little intimidated by our 4 year old who DID NOT wan shots. It was fine and we made it through but previous nurses have executed the process more quickly and are really upbeat which has improved the experience.

Dr. Eckberg takes the time to get to know my kids and make them feel comfortable. He provides feedback and care that is both medically thorough and grounded in the patient and their family. We are really grateful to have him on our team!

Dr. Eckberg once again involved my pre-teen child as the center of the visit, engaging him well and listening to his thoughts. Dr. Eckberg does that and also heard my thoughts/questions. Clear communication.

I am always happy when there is a same day opening for the pediatrician my kids know. It makes the experience so much better for him and communication is easier when the dr knows him.

We love the clinic and Dr. Eckberg is fantastic! He is kind and very knowledgeable. Shares his own experience in patent which makes me feel I'm not alone. Really cares for Nati and shows that he is always up to date with what is going on with her medically.

My son and I once again had a great experience with the clinic, Katie (sp?) the MA, and Dr. Eckberg. Katie is really good with pre-teens, helped my son with anxiety related to 3 vaccines and did them so quickly and calmly. Dr. Eckberg focuses on my son and nicely circles to me at times but always still including my son. He is open to thoughts and is knowledgeable. Only area for improvement was front desk had us refill out the sports physical questionnaire and we had already done that prior to the visit. I even asked to say, "do we need to do it again?" The MA could see both. So a process improvement spot. Not a big deal, but could be improved.

Dr. Eckberg has been absolutely great, and we love working with him at the Children's Clinic. Unfortunately, the intersection between him and the rest of Fairview has been very difficult, as he's tried really hard to get great care for our son, but we've had a lot of roadblocks within the system. So, yeah, great work by Dr. Eckberg, and hopefully those connections can be improved. Thank you.

Dr. Eckberg is so kind and caring and takes the time to really get to know my kids and listens to all of my concerns. He is understanding and proactive and always makes sure my kids are getting the best care possible!

Both of our daughters see Dr. Eckberg. He's an excellent clinician, and we really appreciate him taking care of both of our daughters. The only feedback I could give is not about Dr. Eckberg, but it's about the picture upload system for insurance cards. It's always glitzy and doesn't work. Dr. Eckberg is excellent and amazing, and I would recommend him to everybody.

Dr. Eckberg is the best pediatrician out there. We followed him all the way over to Minneapolis from Woodbury. We would recommend him to any family and we are thrilled to have him as our pediatrician for both of our daughters.

Dr. Eckberg is someone I recommend to all of my friends, family and strangers even that are looking for a phenomenal physician. He has been there for our family and my daughter countless times, and always listens to my concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with him, and plan on having our second daughter follow with him as well.

Dr. Eckberg met out 3 year old for the first time at this visit after our previous doctor left the clinic. He was kind and patient with her and answered all of our questions.

This was our 1st time meeting with Dr. Eckberg. Dr. Eckberg was really great with my kiddo. He engaged my kiddo and made sure with both understood what was going on and what we needed to do moving forward. Great experience!

I really liked this doctor! He read all of our notes before hand so knew that we did take a Covid test with negative results so we were able to move onto the next diagnosis for which he listened to The Kid really well and patiently. I forgo to ask about what to do for the cough while we wait for the meds to kick in.

Dr. Eckberg is amazing! He listens to parent concerns carefully, gives time, partners with parents to come up with best plan for patients. Notes are very thourough. Our daughter has a rare genetic disorder and we feel lucky to have him as her pediatrician. Thanks for all you do!

We had a great first visit with Dr Ecker and appreciated his calm presence, directness and time he took. This was it just visit since his doctor (Golnik) left the practice.
