The staff is warm and friendly. NP Amy is very caring and makes you feel everything is going to be alright. She celebrates your good news with you and always is genuinely happy to see you.

From start to finish, this office and those who work there embodied the values of BJC. Everyone was kind and helpful. Amy is so knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything and looked further down the road and referred me to genetics. That shows me she took the time to look at my record. That means a lot.

I saw Amy for my six month check up. Above all, her empathy and sensitivity to my issues stood out.. I felt that her knowledge was thorough, and her directions for follow up visits explicit and thorough. It was a satisfying and rewarding experience.

I have felt from the very beginning that the staff in general was very very good. Professional and caring. Amy and the two attendants that worked with her were exceptional in their care and concern for my wellbeing during my recent visit. Very positive and upbeat.

Amy is extraordinary. She is warm and compassionate. She explains things in ways that help me understand the why of every decision she makes. AMY IS EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!' Amy came in and she totally wowed me! I was so sick of needles, all my previous experiences--the biopsies, just all of it-- just a little pinch or little sting is such a lie! Amy totally listened to me when I told her lidocaine does not work for me, she totally sold me on telling me that she was listening and that it was going to go great. Amy is a true Godsend! Thinking about my positive experience on my way home almost put tears in my eyes-YES-it was that great! She and her assistant are true treasures!

Amy Eberhard was absolutely awesome she made me feel special and I felt very well informed. The 2 nurses that assisted her were great. They all paid attention to my pain level and kept me comfortable. Amy Eberhard explained everything she was doing and made sure I understood as she proceeded. I couldn't ask for any better treatment than I received!

NP Amy she was prepared and provided me a copy of my 2012 and 2024 Surgery Pathology Report. I had b spoken to my niece who is a Pathlogist in DC and she had suggested questions for me to ask an Amy answered them all and I am a note taker and she was patient with me. I brought my friend with me who is a l retired RN and she had questions. When we left we were both satisfied with the visit.

Every single person I have encountered has provided excellent care. Upmost professionalism. Making sure I was comfortable with every step of process beginning to end. I never questioned if I was at the right placed to be treated. I knew I was at the right place.
