Amy couldn’t be more wonderful. Her bubbly personality really sets the mood for a great appointment. She takes the time to listen and talk out any concerns. She makes every effort to make you comfortable. I love that she warms up her hands before the exam. It has been such an emotional time and her kindness means so much.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can’t think of a single thing to improve!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone there I talked with was very pleasant and welcoming. Dealing with cancer can be scary at times, but staff always go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and safe in their care.

Amy and the nurses i have seen since my surgery have been caring, clear about wound care and made sure I was understanding my role in my recovery.

EVERY person that I have come in contact with on this cancer journey has been not just exceptional, but extraordinary! I don’t have enough kind words to describe my feelings towards the entire staff at the Breast Care Center and the hospital!

The whole office was great! For my first visit and my follow-up visit all of the staff was helpful, explained everything in detail & made me feel comfortable. That was very much appreciated!

Amy NP was extraordinary! She spent her time explaining pathology results, postop care, addressing my concerns. She eased my anxiety and made me smile! Very pleasant, friendly and professional.

Amy Everhardt was so impressive in her manner examining me, explaining the condition, giving me instructions for next steps, and making me feel calm. She truly cared for me and was so helpful. An amazing abd caring professional! The staff also was genuine and caring, plus very helpful.

Amy Eberhardt is amazing! She covers everything that I was experiencing and then some. She is very informative and very clear and concise in her directions. She’s empathetic and a very caring person. The office staff is always there with a smile and helpful.

I have loved everyone I've dealt with from reception too medical assistants to nurse practitioner, to MD. Everyone is amazing on ALL of my visits.

From start to finish, this office and those who work there embodied the values of BJC. Everyone was kind and helpful. Amy is so knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything and looked further down the road and referred me to genetics. That shows me she took the time to look at my record. That means a lot.

I saw Amy for my six month check up. Above all, her empathy and sensitivity to my issues stood out.. I felt that her knowledge was thorough, and her directions for follow up visits explicit and thorough. It was a satisfying and rewarding experience.
