Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Honestly everyone I have dealt with throughout this whole experience has been so lovely! It has made going through such a scary and uncertain time so much smoother and easier in general. I could not say enough nice things about Dr. Yazdi and all of the staff in their office and the Breast Care Center. Truly has been a very pleasant experience, which almost seems crazy to say! I will for sure send any friend of family member who needs this kind of care their way!

Everyone was Very Good.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Amy was great in many ways, Certainly many people my age have hearing problem, I am mid 70s and my hearing is good. Personally when someone speaks extremely loud, it distracts, or if you will, overwhelms me. I understand it is often a fine line.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was slightly(using the word lightly) nervous coming back to the office I had been in 5 years before. Seeing Amy was there and her smile, confidence and willingness to listen and share released all my anxiety.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Amy was great! She cleared up some questions I had about post surgery/recovery…she was very warm and friendly and took time with me to make me feel comfortable going forward. She also said she would be seeing me 3-4 more times throughout this process and I like that I’ll be seeing her for consistency and assurance! A GREAT STAFF here…eases my “anxiousness” about this whole process!

Amy and her assistant were so kind and reassuring. Also, the quality of care was excellent and I really feel like they truly care about and being there through cancer.

The whole team has been absolutely amazing. They are very attentive very punctual amazing bunch of caring as I say community as they make you feel that you’re part of the family not part of the problem Or making you feel like you’re a bother to them they’re always outgoing, pleasant people

Amy Eberhardt, NP was very comforting and explained step by step the process of the magtrace dye injection which eased my anxiety. Such a wonderful caring person as well as professional. I appreciate the entire staff.

NP Eberhardt is excellent. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, kind and professional. Even though no one wants to walk the breast cancer journey, and certainly doesn’t want it for others. Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Nurse Practitioner,Amy Eberhardt, is outstanding . She gives her full attention responding to any a d all comments and questions with responses that demonstrate she is truly listening. I have never felt she was rushed in my time with her. I felt she also was genuine when she stated I could call her with any questions and/or concerns between the time when I would need to follow up with my future visit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It was perfect. Nothing needs improving. I treasure this medical group and couldn’t ask for better care.
