He took the time to email my cardiologist as I was waiting for answer on a test. He could tell I was concerned and tried to help.

He did fine, but still needs to realize, the doctor is the knowledge, but the patient is the customer. I dictate my treatment. He was very nice, I just don't think he's met a patient like me, that chooses my own health care services, based on his suggestions.

He seemed unsure what to do for me. I know he doesn’t have all knowledge, but he seemed to look to me to know what to do. I would like for him to have laid out my options with his professional recommendations more clearly.

He takes time to listen and explain things so you can understand. I’m hard of hearing he speaks so I can hear him. Hearing is very important at my visit. Good job Kory!

I was a little surprised Kory removed the mole and sent it for a biopsy during my initial appointment. Other people talk about their experiences and the process involved 2 appointments.
