Dr Acosta is a top notch physician. I'm following her to Lakeland. She knows my unique needs and disabilities a trait that no other doctor has had. Many are not familiar with spina bifida she is.

The way I was greeted so well every time I walk in. The medical staff always does a good job, always addressing every issue. When I am leaving they always ask me if I need a ride back home. I love that clinic and everyone who works there.

Greeted by name. Called by nurse before appt. Time. Beautiful warm and caring staff and nurses. Dr Musmar is the best physician I have had! She takes care and explains in words that I can understand.

Doctor is the best but your staff is the worst i have ever seen she took my blood pressure and told me what was it last time don't take my blood sugar if you people don't take care of this problem I'm going to find another doctor because I have never seen such carelessness don't get me wrong i love my doctor but you have to put your staff to do there job

take care of referral within a timely manner, not wait for 2or3 wks to send referral. (2)some staff members are very rude.(3)have staff answers phone polite, and more professional. the list goes on.

When I have appointments I get in and I get out and a day is not wasted here and if I need something I let him know in advance and if it's possible it's it's done so I have no problems knowing whatsoever.
