Take care of the patients you have instead of getting more. I have been miss informed regarding a condition, advised referrals take 2 weeks, several appointments had to be rescheduled. Had to wait 2 months for a scheduled appointment. Had several different doctors so no consistency. Have spoken to 2 “management” employees because of problems but nothing changes.

Group or individual education of resources like video calls should be offered to us patients with issues with eyesight challenges and /or lack of updated devises to avoid frustration when we couldn't connect

Just don’t work with pain meds. I get filled every six months because take them on a PRN bases. Have to find another doctor that will listen to patient

I wish the doctor's listened to the patients and if the patient ask for a referral the doctor would do it without putting their 2 cents and thinking they know best. Nobody knows my body better than me .I know what's best for me. Doctors need to stop doing whatever the hell they want.

I was supposed to have a blood test performed and didn't eat or drink anything but the test wasn't performed. The Dr I met with didn't understand the medical conditions that I've had for years. Also, my cardiologist sent referrals to them 3 weeks prior to my visit and they refused to do the referrals saying that I had to see the doctor before they would do the referrals, however, when I saw the doctor today they could not find the referrals my cardiologist sent them. The whole experience was completely negative.
