They are always prompt! Unlike all other Drs. Offices I've been to in my 66 years I've never had to wait after being seated in the exam room. The attendant takes vitals and Dr. Robinson steps right in after the attendant leaves. My Dr.addresses all of my concerns with wisdom and care.

Professional and Focused staff who are personal and caring…. And because they are attentive and caring, I find myself getting carried away, talking to them. However, they are kind to listen yet remain cognitive of my time and theirs….lol So far I am satisfied and I have no complaints. Dr. Robinson is top knotch and coming from me that is the bottom line. Keep up the good work staff. I greatly appreciate your efforts to practice quality service, while maintaining high standards……..♥️

The knowledgeable information of the staff, The doctor's, and the whole care team, the friendliness and welcome atmosphere from the facility, the loving employees and they all being on the same page as far as the Cares and Concerns for all their patients, and one another too. The cleanliness of the whole building, the activities they implement to keep their patients active and some of the refreshments Offering chances for giveaways and their loyalty to everyone Most of all the provided transportation to make sure you keep your appointments and Call up to check your needs over the weekends I'm loving all of it and my husband who never taken his health as a positive aspects is now doing his part to get and stay healthy. Doctor Robinson shows sincere concern and compassion for my care, meds, referrals and treatment..That is very important to me. The staff is professional and kind, after having worked all of my life in the medical field, it’s refreshing to receive a high level of care these days…I appreciate the dedication shown and I hope it continues to operate above and beyond my expectations. It makes me feel better to be greeted pleasant faces, smiles and caring words. I am not real happy with the overall Medicare advantage plans, they seem to be about adding to stresses instead of removing them for better health outcomes. Maybe one day better choices will be made to reduces dresser and improve quality of one’s health.
