What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Let me start by saying, you could Not ask for a nicer doctor & his staff, They were remarkable. He answered All of Our questions, He takes the time to listen to you, He’s very knowledgeable! & Even though I’m finished with my treatments, I will truly miss Dr. Kotecha & His staff. I would Also Highly recommend Dr. Kotecha! Thank you very much for all you’ve done. I appreciate you for taking such good care of Me. Have a blessed day, & Thank You Again💗💗

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Loved the doctor. Was disappointed in his nurse. Not very friendly, not sure knowledgeable, or very encouraging towards me.

Dr Kotecha knows his stuff. He’s very thorough and listens to my concerns. His nurse is very comforting and knowledgeable. I would recommended him and his office 100%

Always greeted when entering the office. Everyone was always very kind and professional. My appointments were always on time or I was communicated with if there was to be any delay

Dr. Kotecha and his staff all were very kind and patient with me knowing that I was terrified of what I was going through.

The staff that I have had contact with, are very friendly, helpful and eager to assist. The facilities are very impressive and gives off a great feeling of confidence and professionalism.

Anytime you let me know you will be proactive when it comes to my health rather than wait on a report that wasn't back after a week...let's me know you care

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Was informed last Tuesday that I would likely start treatment on Monday or Tuesday of next week. Was not contacted during the week. Called office on Monday to get information but have not heard anything.

The whole process of the treatment we received was awesome. I can’t say enough kind words about the staff and doctor at the Gamma Knife Center. From start to finish we received excellent care.

The care and courtesy of the staff. Their ability to be friendly & caring while still remaining professional. I’ve never been to an office that good before.

Dr Metha's. Interpretation of the progress of my PSA test scores to lower levels and now staying below one was meaningful to me.

I felt he behaved in a very professional manner.....that he was polite, considerate, and appropriate. He did not waste time, but he was not short or curt. He was easy to talk to, attentive and listened well, made me feel at ease and conducted the physician's session well.

Dr. Kotecha and his staff are AMAZING and wonderful! They’re thorough and patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to care and support me through this journey.

All of the staff are friendly, informative, and they seem legitimately engaged in providing me with outstanding care! My radiation therapists are always smiling and upbeat, yet very professional in going about my daily treatments!
