I’ve had one appointment. It went well other than the medication Doc ordered had to be prior authorization. The Walmart pharmacy sent prior authorization paperwork but I’ve no idea how long it will take to get the inhaler Doc ordered into my hands. It would have been nice to get a sample or have the actual medication in his office and give something to me while these medications wait for prior authorization! Definitely a bottleneck in receiving quality care in my opinion. Hope you can figure this issue out.

That Dr. Al-Ghandour is a good Pulmonologist, he always listens, this time I was happy to tell him I had quit smoking on [date], so he was happy not to have any questions to ask. His Nurse is also kind kind. When leaving I made my next appointment for year.

The office is efficient and well organized, everyone is friendly and helpful, the telehealth meetings are the next best thing to being there, and there's adequate coverage of the basics and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
