She's very helpful and wasn't in a RUSH to tell me things just to get me on my way, asked me a few times was there anything else I had questions about

There was no need for an office visit. Blood work was completed, the results delivered via MyChart. There was no purpose to the in person appointment. She simply re-read the blood work, renewed my prescription for another year, and said, see you next year.

Great help finding Dr. Eapen from woman in 215 atprofessnal boilding at Trinity main hospital and from doorman at Hackleyy Professional Buiding. Ididnt wrirttedown either name alas.

I learned very little new information at this appointment. She was across the room from us, mostly looking at her laptop asking questions that should already be in my file. She didn’t explain what I should expect at the time of my infusion. She didn’t go over side effects. She could not not answer some of our questions. She didn’t seem to know why my primary sent me there( it’s in my file). She even questioned me about alcohol when I said I DON’t drink she said, “not ever?” like she didn’t trust my first answer.

I like Dr Eapen but would have preferred If Dr Eapen would have put me on the medication I wanted that's more natural then the synthetic one. I spoke with 2 of the pharmacist at my pharmacy that said they have other customers that are on the medication Armour Thyroid. I am willing to try the new one & trying to be hopeful.

I have been with Trinity Health for nearly 20 years. After today's visit I have begun to look for a different provider. This absence of care was honestly a waste of time and money. The fact that I had to pay for this lack of care just to get a prescription for the medical attention that I am providing is a crime. Overall, incredibly disappointed.

She even listened to my problem that didn't even concern what I was there for. We even talked about a problem that had to do with my primary doctor. It was just an excellent visit I couldn't ask for a better visit.
