Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, Jessica was the first person to really listen to me in the past 12-15 years. I suffered with classic symptoms of menopause and was dismissed with bandaid medications for years. Telling me nothing was wrong with me and to exercise and eat right. I suffered for years. And those around me suffered. I'm thankful I met her. I already feel better and it's only been a week. Thank you Jessica. She is exceptional.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. Timely and staff was great.

My appointment with Jessica Eakins was excellent in every way. She was patient, very interested in my health complaints, and positive overall.

Jessica seemed to listen and gave suggestions to determine the causes of my pain.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The provider could’ve been a lot more professional talk to me in one tone instead of changing her tone, higher or lower, weird like almost cartoonish way she would talk. She wasn’t serious.

Dr. Eakins was very nice, and explained procedures through the exam, and she listened to me, without rushing.

Nothing. Everything was fine.

Jessica Eakins was amazing! She really listened to my concerns. She helped me come up with a medical plan that was best suited for me. I am extremely appreciative of her!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Jess was absolutely amazing. She is so professional while also being personable. She creates such a welcoming environment. She listens to everything and let me take control of my healthcare while keeping me informed. Even when my nexplanon removal was having slight difficulties, she remained positive and kept me “distracted” and laughing throughout everything.

Everything was great!
