I had my first visit with Dr. Bennett and was very impressed with the level of care I received. He was highly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and made sure I felt heard and understood.
Dr. Bennett developed a clear and thoughtful treatment plan for my shoulder, including physical therapy, and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I especially appreciated how careful and detail-oriented he was during the evaluation. His communication skills are excellent, and he made me feel comfortable asking questions.
Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I feel confident moving forward with the plan he created. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bennett to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.

I felt like the doctors listened to me and offered possible pathways for improvement. They didn't speak down to me or dismiss my ideas. Dr. Bennett took the time to explain the procedures and possible outcomes. He allowed me to rephrase in my own words. He was patient, kind, and professional.

Dr. Bennett and the fellow were both excellent in explaining their diagnosis and proposed treatment. All of the other personnel at HSS were very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable getting treatment there.

Very easy process getting Xrray and staff was very courteous. The doctor explained everything in detail, gave instructions on what will happen in the coming weeks and beyond.

My experience at HSS was excellent. The nurses and staff were so professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Dylan Bennett was wonderful. He didn’t rush the appointment and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. He listened carefully to everything I had to say and questioned me when he needed more information. I’m quite a lucky person to have found HSS and Dr. Bennett! Thank you.

Dylan Bennett listened to my explanation of symptoms, conducted a thorough exam and explained what he thought diagnosis was following up with an MRI and a suggested program to avoid surgery if I can. I have confidence in Dr Bennett and believe he has and will advise me on the best treatment. He is professional, listens and seems to care about how well you are able to function in your life.

John goes above and beyond. Dr. Bennett is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and caring. My MRI technician was wonderful. Overall, everyone I encountered at HSS was awesome.

Dr Bennett was great. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The receptionists at the radiology and 4th floor were awesome. Generally all staff were useful and ready to help.

Dr, Bennett gave the ultrasound guided cortisone injection painlessly. and subsequently, I had great relief from my knee discomfort for the first time in many months.

The staff at the receptionist desk - very friendly. His nurse - brilliant AND Dr Bennett was off the chart speaking in laymen’ s language and very nice giving me that awful (but successful results) cortisone shot.

doctor seemed to base conclusions using an MRI that was 12 years old. Never suggested another one.
