Dr Norman Dy was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. He took his time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated his professionalism and compassionate care, and I had a very positive experience.

I am very thankful to have access to JHCP Direct Primary Care. Dr. Dy truly upholds the mission and goals of the Direct Primary Care model. I never feel rushed or hurried when speaking to him. He is accessible and responsive to questions. I can't think of any negative feedback.

Dr Dy set a comfortable, casual atmosphere. He paid attention & took notes when I spoke. Then he addressed my concerns one by one, asking questions for clarification. I felt heard and left with no questions.

Dr Dy Is phenomenal when I first started seeing him my A1c was a 6.7 I was 222 pounds and just had a lot of stuff going on and now today my A1c was a 5.3 I'm 155 pounds. My body mass is down to 23% and so much more. I am so happy to be with this office with the doctors that listen and that want to help you help yourself.

Dr. DY is awesometo the point that I worry that he's not gonna be my PcP anymore when I retire from work because he only sees HCMC employees.so I guess I'll just work until I'm very old so I won't have to change my doctor
