Even though I was being squeezed in to his schedule, Dr. Dy took time to listen to my concerns. I did not feel rushed.

Dr Norman Dy was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. He took his time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I am very thankful to have access to JHCP Direct Primary Care. Dr. Dy truly upholds the mission and goals of the Direct Primary Care model. I never feel rushed or hurried when speaking to him. He is accessible and responsive to questions. I can't think of any negative feedback.

Dr Dy set a comfortable, casual atmosphere. He paid attention & took notes when I spoke. Then he addressed my concerns one by one, asking questions for clarification. I felt heard and left with no questions.
