Everyone was polite and professional. Since my Chart notifications wasn't working with this appointment, I wasn't aware of X-Rays before my exam. I arrived early and they sent me to the lab. I was taken in quickly and the X-Ray technician took me to my exam room. The nurse came in 5 minutes after my appointment time, so that was good. PA Fentress did a thorough examination and provided with understandable information. He answered all my questions and lowered my anxiety. A smooth appointment over all.

The health care provider spent adequate time with me and listened to my concerns. He spoke to me about the x-ray imaging from the appointment and from a year ago. He stated that he would have physical therapy give me a call to set up an appointment.
