Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Staff was very professional and caring and so was Sarah. I had never had an appointment with Sarah before, but I would certainly schedule another, if I wasn’t able to get into my GP.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
A different medical professional working with me. The individual was not very personable and I felt like I was being interrogated and not believed or trusted. Terrible experience. Maybe the person was having a bad day? I don’t know, but I do know I never want to be scheduled with them again.

Sarah Durnell was seeing me for the first time. I was in need of getting scheduled for a MRI. She went to work getting me situated. I appreciate her assistance.
