I am so glad I found this provider, Sarah Durnell. I was with another provider but very happy I changed.
Dr. Durnell works with you to find solutions to issues, explains things perfectly and listens to concerns. I was NOT rushed and was made to feel valued and respected.

Sarah is a kind, compassionate NP. She was so caring, and was willing to work with me, and work around my busy work schedule. She really listens, and genuinely cares. I appreciate her so, so much!

While NP Durnell is not my primary I felt that I received great care from NP Durnell and was happy with our discussion/visit. I would see her/recommend her to others as well. I have always had a pleasant experience at Family Physicians in O'Fallon (IL).

I had a wonderful experience with NP Sarah Durnell and her nurse. They both were incredibly attentive and truly listened to my concerns, which made me feel valued. Since this was my first visit, I was a bit anxious, but I left feeling completely satisfied with the care I received. I also appreciated the thoughtful follow-up appointments she suggested, which showed her commitment to my well-being. Thank you for such a positive experience!

My experience there with Sarah has just been great. She's been so helpful and so concerned and ready to help me with everything that I'm dealing with. And the faculty there is just great. They're always so pleasant and I really enjoy coming to the doctor, even though sometimes I don't feel well, but they are always so helpful and pleasant. I really appreciate them so much.
