Love Dr. Durham and her staff. She was very thorough and caring with my needs. She answered all my questions completely.

Dr. Rachel is always so professional but always makes me feel like she cares. She is always willing to answer any questions I have.

I haven't been to a gyn for years due to my age. I was a little worried about seeing a new doctor. Rachel Durham was so kind and thoughtful. She explained everything thoroughly and told me my choices for treatment.

Dr. Durham is extremely kind and warm and good at explaining things and she's an excellent OBGYN and the visit went along very smoothly and quickly.

The wait time was a lot, and this isn't the first time I have had a long wait. I showed up to my 11 am appointment at 1050. Got back to the room at 1120 and was finally seen by the Dr after 1150.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Years ago I had a male OBGYN that was very rude and disrespectful about my hearing problem. Dr. Durham looks me in the face and makes sure I have heard her and understood what she said. She pays close attention to what I tell her about myself and shows real concern for my health. She is very kind, respectful, and professional, which makes me feel confident I can trust her with my health. If I have a question or need something explained she takes the time and makes sure I understand. I recommended her to my daughter and my daughter likes her also.

I feel it would take a very exceptional person to be better than Dr. Durham is.

Dr. Durham was exceptional at her job. I had never had this type of exam or visit before and was certainly very nervous, but she was so extremely understanding and reassuring, she spent time educating me on what would be happening and how the exam worked, and I was impressed at how incredibly quick the process was! She made it so easy and put me at ease. I thoroughly appreciated the experience!
