What could have been done to improve your experience?
The wait time was a lot, and this isn't the first time I have had a long wait. I showed up to my 11 am appointment at 1050. Got back to the room at 1120 and was finally seen by the Dr after 1150.

Dr. Durham and her staff our very kind and helpful in every way. I feel Dr. Durham is very compassionate about her patients she gives you her undivided attention and is very knowledgeable about how to stay healthy, present and future. Great Dr.!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Years ago I had a male OBGYN that was very rude and disrespectful about my hearing problem. Dr. Durham looks me in the face and makes sure I have heard her and understood what she said. She pays close attention to what I tell her about myself and shows real concern for my health. She is very kind, respectful, and professional, which makes me feel confident I can trust her with my health. If I have a question or need something explained she takes the time and makes sure I understand. I recommended her to my daughter and my daughter likes her also.

I feel it would take a very exceptional person to be better than Dr. Durham is.

Dr. Durham was exceptional at her job. I had never had this type of exam or visit before and was certainly very nervous, but she was so extremely understanding and reassuring, she spent time educating me on what would be happening and how the exam worked, and I was impressed at how incredibly quick the process was! She made it so easy and put me at ease. I thoroughly appreciated the experience!

I loved that Dr. Durham listened to and took the time to fully explain any concerns I had and made sure she addressed everything I needed to know. She speaks in a way that helps to calm and relax you. This shows she really cares about you as an individual and not just another case. I was referred to her and will refer her to others as well.
