Excellent dr. Totally put me at ease that she understood my problem and assured me she had the solution She listened to me. She understood and then prescribed. .

Dr. Duong seems extremely knowledgeable, and it's much easier for me to talk with her about my health than most other doctors. The last doctor that I felt really good about was Dr. Elizabeth Armstrong, but she left or was let go after the Westfield location closed.

Put more effort in operators receiving you phone calls requesting appointments!!! Called within seconds of the scheduled business start of the day and it’s always a half hour delay!!! Minimum! Maybe 1 person manning the phones to schedule appointments.
