She is very good with people, cautious in reaching conclusions and a good listener.All the above are valuable traits. My symptoms were diffuse and difficult to correlate, so Duong called for the appropriate blood work.I am thankful she was able to see me on short notice.

Great physician! What I didn’t like was feeling rushed because they were late to an appointment I forced to be early too and then trying to make my visit short and fast. She used the info given but I don’t think the proper people before her documented it correctly so it was frustrating. All in all solid 10 for the situation.

I was very sick. She very promptly made her diagnosis the checked with doctor. Then promptly moved to start oxygen and get an ambulance. The promptness of action made difference in outcome. Nurse Kathy was very comforting and helpful too.
