Everything about Dr Duncan. She was phenomenal. A cosumate professional. My wife and I left with 100% confidence in my health care.

Dr. Duncan quickly assessed the situation - multiple issues following a hospital stay - and ordered immediate lab appointments. I am very appreciative!

Dr. Duncan is fantastic. So is the medical assistant. When I arrived, the receptionist is always so kind and caring. Also, I barely sat down and was called in.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Duncan actually converses with you. She did not press for whether I had shots or not. We talked about the important issue of my type 11 diabetes and what I can do for it. I want to proceed with the attachment device to monitor my A1C that Dr. DUNCAN suggested. I also want to schedule, upon her recommendation, the procedure to determine blood flow in my left leg. This visit with Dr. DUNCAN was the best session with a Dr. that I have had. I do want to proceed with Rachel's suggestions. If she will have me I want to continue as her patient.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Duncan recently took over the care of my adult daughter who has autism. She was excellent with her! When I saw Dr Duncan this week, she asked about her. That was very nice and made me feel like she was seeing the whole person and not just checking a box. She’s a great doctor.

I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Waiting to see the doctor in a timely manner has never been a problem. This was my first visit with Dr. Duncan and I found her to be thorough and genuinely concerned about my well being.

When I visit I feel that my physician listens very well, is never rushed to leave and offers practical guidance for my continued good health.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
This was actually my first in person visit with Dr. Duncan. May first schedule visit she was ill and needed to reschedule. I did communicate with her through MyChart. I travel over 29 miles to stay a patient. I felt Dr. Duncan was short with me, impersonal, and not welcoming. She made me feel like a patient and not a person. She repeated things over and over about my health and not any solutions. Towards the end of the visit as she thanked me, I asked if I could ask her a few questions. She told me my time was up and she needed to get to her next patient. I informed her I had a knot under my right arm and had some concerns. She felt for the knot called in her name and left.

Dr Duncan was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and helped me feel at ease and empowered with my care. This was my first time meeting her and I am very happy with having her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Duncan is thorough and efficient. She communicates very well, asking excellent questions. Her demeanor is one of care and thoughtfulness coupled with an honest desire to help her patients. She inspires a great deal of confidence in me.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE VISIT. I FELT HEARD AND MY INPUT FELT VALUED. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I FELT SAFE. I LEFT WITH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF HEALTH AND THE CARE I NEEDED TO CONTINUE. DR DUNCAN WAS A BREATH OF FIRST AIR AND I LEFT THE OFFICE SMILING.

Nothing, really. I waited a bit for Dr. Duncan to arrive but Dr. Duncan apologized. I didn't mind the wait as long as she spent the time I needed once she arrived ... and she did.

Dr Dunans new assistant was very pleasant. Dr Duncan was very helpful, She was open to conversation and discussed options. A very good visit.and I left the appointment comfortable and my questions answered.She is very easy to speak to.

The brevity of the wait time, the time Dr. Duncan took with me, Dr. Duncan’s listening skills as to my primary concern were all extraordinary.

Yes, Dr. Duncan! Her listening skills are excellent! She looks at me while I talk, I love that! She gives options and explains the differences. So intelligent and kind beyond belief. Dr. Duncan has my total trust. All other employees are exceedingly delightful.

TOTALLY NOTHING My daughter was with me and was so impressed with Dr. Duncan she is choosing her as he primary physician♥️

Both Hannah, the Medical Assistant and Dr. Duncan made me feel welcome to their practice. This was my first visit and it was an excellent experience! And I was able to schedule follow up visits convenient for me in the future.

I am extremely impressed by my 1st visit with Dr. Duncan! I have had some difficulties with BJC Medical Group for the past several years as PAs & Drs have not had much longevity with me. Finally believe I have a partner in my health who is going to stick around. She was wonderful to meet & I am excited to have a Dr I can depend on

I think I would have to rate this Dr. visit as the best one ever. First I get a message from Dr. Duncan saying she’s reviewed my chart and would like to have labs done before my appointment impressive, I get early results and I have My Chart so I got to review my results and prepare any questions I had. Dr. Duncan gave me the best and most detailed explanation and reasons for her plans for my care in the in future and answered all the questions that my wife and I had. We both agreed that I definitely have one of the best doctors in the system.

All the staff I encountered were very professional and seemed genuinely happy to welcome me and equally as happy to be there.

I have been coming to this office for several years and always have had an excellent encounter with. You cannot improve on perfection. Great office, great staff.
