Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Duncan was awesome! It was my first visit with her and I was very impressed. She was detailed and thorough and listened to my concerns. She seems very proactive and makes herself available. The nursing staff was also great!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Rachel Duncan is very knowledgeable and I feel very confident with Dr. Duncan as my Primary Care Physician. I feel comfortable asking questions about both my physical and mental health concerns. Dr. Duncan is monitoring my current anxiety disorder and has referred me. The care she has for her patients sets the bar high for other healthcare providers.

Dr. Duncan is the best PCP I’ve had in your group for all these years. Her knowledge, explanations, listening/communication skills and logical management decisions assure patients of receiving excellent care. She responds timely to messages and even bring normal lab results to my attention perhaps because I might be too concerned about it. She goes above and beyond my expectations!

Dr Du can was well prepared for my visit. She had thoroughly reviewed my chart and jumped into problem solving. She was attentive and kind. I think she’s one of the best doctors I’ve EVER had!

I didn’t feel rushed with Dr Duncan-she was knowledgeable and seemed to have a vested interest in my well being-the office staff was phenomenal! I wasn’t feeling well and different circumstances made me smile and laugh-by the time I left I felt better than when I arrived! Thank you!

Every staff memeber I interacted with was amazing! From the front deskstaff, the nurse, and the physician it was smooth transition and everyone treated me with kindness.

Dr Dunkin is amazing and I feel very comfortable and confident with her. The nurse that cared for me was very good.

I’m looking forward to working with Dr. Rachel Duncan she’s very compassionate, caring very knowledgeable patient and takes the time to hear about all your concerns. I was kinda in a funk when I arrive for my annual exam but left with good feelings and positive thoughts about the coming year

Rachel Duncan is the most thorough dr I have ever been to! She went over each one of my test results, explaining what they were for and my numbers and what they meant. She gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Dr. Duncan was very proactive in recommending physical therapy for me since I had a fall some months ago. I am pretty healthy overall—and she wants to keep me that way!
