Scheduling was fast and easy, received a call to schedule on the same day. I requested a video appointment as I am an hour away, they accomodated easily. I could not hear Mark in the beginning but that was a tech issue at my end so we just called each other on the phone but stayed on video. Simple solution. Mark was amazing, smart, kind, explained the situation and procedure I needed perfectly and put me at ease.

Dr. Duncan left no stone unturned during my visit. All of the information he provided was concise! My 18 y.o daughter accompanied me for my visit and she was also pleased with the way the information was relayed and happy with the service.
