As mentioned earlier, Cassie Duncan is very friendly, concerned and able and willing to provide medical attention and resources for issues and general health. I feel heard and listened to and while I have not had too many health issues, Cassie has gone above and beyond to direct my husband to the resources he has needed to overcome some medical issues he put off because he didn't know who to go to to inquire about his issues. Cassie listened and referred him to medical providers that specialized in his issues. It has been so comforting to feel cared for and supported in our medical and health needs.
