Courtney Dillworth, nurse practitioner, made me feel incredibly heard and seen. She was very attentive. She listened to my concerns. She explained... She just was amazing. She has amazing bedside manner. She did not make me feel like a number. She did not make me feel like, okay, you need to hurry up because I only got so many minutes to be in here talking to you. She did not make me feel like that. She made me feel prioritized. She made me feel important. She made me feel like I mattered and I appreciate her for that. Other providers have made me feel as though I was an inconvenience, like, okay, the time is ticking, your time is up, on to the next. I have felt like that with other providers.

Dr. Dolworth was so very good in her explanations. Everybody at that office is very nice and I love going there.

We love Courtney so much she has such compassion and my mom needs that. Always listens and offers lots of suggestions.

Courtney was very professional. She told me that I needed to be in the ER when I needed to be in the ER and did everything possible to make that happen to save my life. Thank you very much.

I didn't feel that she explained everything that she should have explained. I felt that she didn't take all the time to explain all the answers or cover all the topics that I thought was pertinent.

Courtney was very sensitive to my problem. And for that I was extremely grateful. Everything was explained to me in a down to earth manner.

Nothing as I can see. Staff is also very nice and helpful. No complaints here.
