She is a wonderful doctor! She is so compassionate, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She takes time with each patient, listens, and discusses options, outcomes, and instructions clearly. I would recommend her to everyone!

My visit was great. My only complaint is Dr. Dulaney wanted me to have an EKG to rule out some issues we addressed, but the EKG machine in the office is broken. She sent me to the Pavillion for the test which was completed without issue. My complaint is Medicare considers the Pavillion a hospital outpatient service center, so I was billed a $45.00 copay. If I could have had the EKG done in the office, it would have been covered 100 percent. I don't think is fair to your patients when many of them may not be able to afford a bill that could have been obverted if the office equipment was kept in good working order.

She is a very intelligent doctor,. She knows her stuff. I rather see her than a physician assistant. The quality of care she gives each of her patients is excellent.. as a doctor does she plan on?
