Alex was very professional, very nice, knew everything I asked him questions on and had great recommendations for things to work on or approach from a different path I was extremely pleased!

He communicates very well. He uses the patient portal to send messages so they are easy to find. He explains test results in understandable terms. He is friendly and puts a person at ease.
