We love seeing both Dr. Dubin and Dr. Harris but the wait times we have had recently are not acceptable especially for small children. We get there 15 to 20 minutes early, as people should, but then when we have to wait over an hour with small children it's unacceptable. We have also been given wrong information by the front desk staff pertaining to post op appointments. My son, who had tubes placed, had an ear infection and when I called the front desk staff directed me to call his pediatrician even though we were instructed to be seen by our ENT for any problems.

For some reason or other, the stuff seemed to be stressed out yesterday. I was on the verge of leaving because of waiting so long in the examining chair and no one at least checking in to say they were running late.

I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but found the experience unsatisfying. I did learn about how the jaw can be a reason, but I do not grind my teeth at night. What about the mucus/post-nasal drip stuff? Could he listen to my heart to see if my lungs are clear? I had an additional question about snoring, but never got to ask it. Hearing test is months away. No infections--fine. But no fluid? My ears feel more full in the morning after I've been in bed...physical exam of ears? I guess for the money we spend I would hope that I would feel that he's puzzled but cares enough to find out more.
