Dr. Duberstein was very friendly, understood my concerns, explained things well, and examined me for all ENT outside of why I was there, finding a unrelated issue and resolving it. I am very appreciative.

The Dr. was thorough, listened to all my concerns & addressed each one esp the symptoms that were most concerning to me. He was not rushed in the appointment.
He made arrangements for follow up and communicated what would be done. I also enjoyed his personality.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and talented but was over an hour late. Our time is valuable, too. Discounts should be offered if things like this happen, like are offered through IU Health.

Very thorough & give me time to explain my concerns & offered solutions with follow up CT scan in office to further figure out why my nose feels so plugged and nothing seems to help. I didn’t feel rushed during the visit.
