Needs to have more empathy towards her patient regardless of what takes place. I do not know the nurse’s name who was in the room during my procedure but she needs to be applauded for her professionalism and care for me. I appreciate her beyond the Dr. at this point!

I went to the wrong department and I was help to the right department by the staff with a wheelchair to the right department thank you 🙏 my brother was a priest father Floyd Grace and my nephew is a priest father keream Smith i thank you for your service

I heard this doctor interacting with her collogues in the hallway with kindness and warmth. I did not get that kind of treatment in the examining room. I felt dismissed and rushed. I asked if I needed bloodwork and she stated, "oh no, you would have no reason for that." I feel that at my age I should be getting some feedback and information about hormones and side effects of menopause. I would not want any young soon-to-be-mother interacting with this doctor in any way. Her practice does not seen to align with the doctors that I have seen in this office.
