Very clinical, cool, detached. I felt absolutely no connection to her at all. I have only had the best experience with the first nurse practitioner I had and then most recently with British Hughes (what an absolutely amazing NP!). This is a huge disappointment, and makes me question staying with this practice.

Was disappointed. I have not been feeling well and felt my issues weren't addressed and my appt was rushed through. Then to have my prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy and having to message daily to ask for them to be sent to my pharmacy that I confirmed during my appt. Took 4 extra days to get it corrected. Gotta jump thru hoops for anything with Loyola.
