Was disappointed. I have not been feeling well and felt my issues weren't addressed and my appt was rushed through. Then to have my prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy and having to message daily to ask for them to be sent to my pharmacy that I confirmed during my appt. Took 4 extra days to get it corrected. Gotta jump thru hoops for anything with Loyola.

My hopes is that she continues to be a great provider who always has availability. I would love for her to be a long term provider for me and my son. Thanks Loyola for choosing the best Doctors and Providers. Priceless!!!

Kristina looked at all my affected areas. She presented different options as to how I can deal with this issue. She provided several drug options in case side-effects were to kick in on any one drug. She never gave me the impression that my time with her was limited.
