I felt very rushed by the provider. Due to her moving so fast her examination was very uncomfortable.

I felt I was not given a full opportunity to express my concerns without being cut off by the provider. Once I asked for the chance to please explain myself, she listened and explained the situation.

Dr Lin is hands down the best doctor I have seen. She's friendly, not dismissive, and extremely helpful. I wish all doctors I have seen in my life were like Dr Lin. I tell everyone with allergies or sinus issues that they need to see Dr Lin.

Dr. Lin is simply the best. She is not only a leading expert in EN5/allergy and nationally regarded as a visionary in the field but exceptionally kind, humble, caring and simply a good person. I attributed her to being symptom free for many years and am so fortunate our paths crossed.JHU is very fortunate to her Dr. Lin. She is the right combination of brains and heart.

Dr. Sandra Lin solved my sinus problem that 3 sinus surgeries done elsewhere had not at least not completely. I have been able to use my CPAP machine without fail since I received my new machine thanks to her care. Prior to seeing Dr. Lin I could not make it more than a few hours a night and then I would have 3 to 4 days recovering from an allergic like reaction to my CPAP. It was a struggle. So I think she is amazing.

I have been seeing Dr. Lin for many years. My sinuses were in bad shape when I began seeing her, despite surgery. I had frequent infections and constant congestion and pain. Dr. Lin worked with me, trying several options until I now have less than one sinus infection a year. She is terrific, and I highly recommend her.

As a patient, we want to have a provider that listens to us.... concerns, cares, fears.... This is one area that I think Hopkins can improve on.... This provide was amazing in listening to my concerns and improving allergy related symptoms. Amazing experience....

Dr. Sandra Lin is incredible. She has helped with sinus issues that no other ENT could do. Since seeing her for the last year after being treated for cdif from so many subscribed antibiotics I have not taken an oral antibiotic for my sinuses and my sinuses are so much better with the nasal rinse Dr. Sandra Lin prescribed for me. Dr. Sandra Lin is amazing.
